Retained operational support
For organisations and founders who need consistent oversight and delivery support.
This includes operational coordination, workflow and systems management, stakeholder communication and maintaining momentum across multiple moving parts. You gain continuity and experienced leadership without expanding your permanent team.
Systems and Growth Infrastructure
Where appropriate, I design and implement practical systems and workflows, including building and refining processes within GHL.
I also deliver Google and Meta advertising campaigns that support growth, enquiries and sign ups. These can be commissioned as standalone projects or integrated into wider delivery work where aligned with agreed outcomes.

By monitoring project progress and evaluating outcomes, I strive to continuously improve our efforts .

As a Project Manager and Rural and Coastal Animateur at Cornwall Rural Community Charity (CRCC), I lead initiatives aimed at understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by rural and coastal communities in Cornwall. In my role, I have conducted comprehensive studies.. By engaging with local residents, stakeholders, and authorities, I work to develop and implement strategies that enhance connectivity and improve the quality of life for individuals in Cornwall's rural and coastal regions.
