I have built my career bringing together creativity, structure and delivery.

My early professional background was rooted in creative practice, including textile design, decorative art, gallery ownership and creative production. I also worked as a producer and development artist on an internationally released animated feature film, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to take complex ideas from concept through to completion.

That grounding in creative environments shaped how I think and work. Over time, my focus shifted towards project and programme delivery, particularly in situations where clarity, coordination and follow-through were needed to turn ambition into practical, deliverable work.

Alongside my creative work, I developed extensive experience in project management, operations and systems delivery, working with organisations across the public, private and third sectors. This combination allows me to work confidently in spaces where ideas are still forming, while putting the structure, processes and accountability in place to deliver defined outcomes.
