I have built my career around one core strength: taking ideas that matter and turning them into deliverable work, with the structure and momentum to see it through.

My early professional background was rooted in creative practice, including textile design, decorative art, gallery ownership and creative production. I also worked as a producer and development artist on the internationally released animated feature film Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero (An Unlikely Hero in the UK), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to take complex ideas from concept through to completion.

That grounding shaped how I think and work. Creative environments teach you to hold the vision, work with ambiguity, and still deliver to a standard. Over time, my focus shifted towards project and programme delivery, particularly in situations where ownership, coordination and follow through were needed to turn ambition into practical outputs.

Alongside my creative work, I developed extensive experience in project management, operations and systems delivery across the public, private and third sectors. This combination means I work comfortably in spaces where ideas are still forming, while putting the structure, reporting rhythm and accountability in place to deliver defined outcomes.
